Below are photographs of the exterior of a very substantial structure built in the early 1900's, which was previously operated as a Catholic Orphanage. It has been a long standing landmark in the Community. The entire interior is scheduled for demolition during Spring/Summer 2007. Foundations will be set for an additional 40,000 square feet appended to the existing structure containing five additional stories of approximately 8,000 square feet each.
It is planned and we expect this facility to be one of the most remarkable Senior Housing accomodations for occupants that do not require on-staff medical personnel, but we will be providing responsive emergency services for any possible medical emergency for the benefit of the tenants. Additonal amentities include maid service, transportation (within a 50 mile radius), conceirge service, personal shopping service, laundry service all of which is inclusive of the annual lease; all with a very selective staff.
We will be leasing up for the Grand Opening in Summer of 2008. At that time the renovation to the current structure and the addition of the 40,000 square feet will all be completed and ready for occupancy.
