We conduct business in various arenas involving investing (limited to assured business opportunites). The majority provides excellent returns far above the norm and are fully insured and collateralized by guarantees of Triple "A" rated insurance companies, real estate acquisition (both in development and re-development of commercial and residential structures).

Newport Sunn will always entertain opportunities brought to us. If qualified, we will conduct substantial analysis prior to our moving forward in joint ventures with Corporations, LLC's, LP's, and individuals. We provide funding for both for Real Estate projects and Business Enterprises.
We limit the number of projects and operate within a time line, forcasting into the future between 5-20 years. Even though we become involved in a limited number of ventures, we are always looking to plan ahead with an optimistic view.
